The hills above the Trento with its clayey-calcareous soil hosts Manzoni Bianco and allows the grapes to ripen in late September. Thus this variety, born from the cross of Riesling to Pinot Bianco, manages to express the character of the vineyards of Fontanasanta. Its ability to evolve over time requires patience; Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco is a wine that will start to reveal itself fully after two or three years from vintage.
