"Sgarzo” means vine shoot in the Campo Rotaliano. The vines that grow in the Sgarzon vineyard are particularly vital and benefit from the cooler climate that distinguishes this site. Teroldego’s character changes, it is enriched with an unusual freshness. The eight months spent on the skins in an amphora retain and amplify its distinctiveness. Along with the Morei vineyard, the Sgarzon strongly expresses the great variability that this variety can express.

SOIL: sandy with pebbles and gravel up to 30 cm
FERMENTATION: 8 months of maceration in amphorae
followed by 3 months of ageing in oak casks.
