Ageing: The Réserve is aged for two years, with the majority matured in vats and a smaller proportion aged in French oak barriques.
Taste: A wine marked by elegance, power and complexity. We recommend opening the bottle at least two hours before and using large wine glasses.
With food: The Réserve pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine. It accompanies beef, lamb, game as well as spicy Asian, Oriental and Mexican dishes. Cheese, in particular goats and sheep's, also matches perfectly.
