Grenache Bois Long Bio 0,75L

This 100% Grenache organic wine was harvested on September 11th 2020 from the Bois Long plot in Le Barroux. This Vineyard is located at 300m altitude in the Dentelles de Montmirail Mountains. The 6 small terraces South oriented, from the secondary period of Trias, cover 1ha only. Vines grow surrounded by olive trees, thym, rosemary, curry plants. This very rich wine reflects its environment. Grapes harvested by hand were not destemmed. After a 11 days extraction in a concrete tank, the wine has been raised for 11 months in an enamelled tank, then 9 months in bottles.
