Simply saying, this vineyard has it’s own magical power! It is a mixed plantation, mainly Juhfark. Very steep and difficult to cultivate, but has a magical outcome! The stones and flowers that surround the vineyard are found in the wine. Peach, salt, acacia all play a game on our flavor palate making it a diverse wine both for gastronomy or for single pleasure. Fermentation was spontaneous, and the wines have been aged on lees in barrels. Diverse combination of food can pair this wine. Great match not just with lighter dishes, but also with meat plates, such as pork tenderloin, or green herb marinated poultry dishes.
